our story

Born and raised in Mexico, we were immersed in the rich culinary traditions of our homeland from an early age.

For over four generations our family developed a deep appreciation for the vibrant spices, fresh ingredients, and diverse regional specialties that make Mexican cuisine so extraordinary.

Our menu offerings range from classic favourites, to elevated interpretations of regional specialties that showcase the depth and complexity of Mexican flavours.

We are passionate advocates for preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Mexican cuisine.

olotl / Aztec word for the "heart" of the corn.

Olotl refers to the concept of "soul" or "essence." It represents the vital force or energy that is believed to animate living beings. The term olotl is significant in Aztec cosmology and spirituality, where it is associated with the interconnectedness of life and the belief in the existence of a divine energy present in all living things.
